| 摘 要： | 为实现“一控双达标”，控制燃烧煤酸雨和SO2大气污染，改善环境空气质量，按照国务院关于“两控区”批复提出的要求，依据重庆酸控区大气污染现状及污染预测结果，结合国内外污染控制措施经济技术的进展，提出了重庆市酸雨控制区二氧化硫污染综合防治方案。

| Abstract: | In order to control SO 2 pollution and acid rain caused by burning of coal, reach the standard and improve the air quality, based on the current situation and forecast of air pollution in acid rain controlled area of Chongqing, this article put forward the comprehensive countermeasures in the acid rain controlled area to meet the requirement of the state council, drawing on the experience of pollution control technique from domestic and abroad. |
