For thft sack of shortcoming of technique and equipment for waste plactis producing petrol and diesel oil, new technique and equipment were developed. The petrol and diesel oil conforming to the national standards were produced by use of the technique of two fusion stages and two catalysis stages which raw material need not be separated with adopting high-effective catalyst.
