| 摘 要： | 提出了根据日常HSE过程考核指标,构建基于BP神经网络的评价模型,利用神经网络较强的自培训学习、模糊推理、非线性逼近及容错能力,探索日常HSE过程考核指标与HSE绩效评估之间的函数关系,获得较为满意的绩效评估结果。经过对评估模型的评价及检验,该方法具有较好的操作性和较高的准确性。

| Abstract: | Method about how to make full use of daily HSE process evaluation indicators to construct the evaluating model based on BP neural network was given,using it’s strong capability of training,fuzzy reasoning,non-linear approximation and fault tolerance,exploring the functional relationship between the daily HSE process evaluation and HSE performance evaluation.With model rating and testing,the method was of good operability and high accuracy. |
