盐析-蒸馏回收废液中异丙醇的试验研究

摘    要:采用盐析-蒸馏工艺,从异丙醇废液中回收异丙醇。以盐析为主要研究对象,考察盐的选取、最佳混合比例和温度等因素对盐析及回收纯度的影响。结果表明,当待回收废液与盐AB饱和溶液于1:2.5体积比混合,可达到最佳的脱水效果;经盐析后,只需经普通蒸馏,异丙醇回收纯度即可达到98%以上。

Abstract:Salt out and distillation process was used to recycle isopropanol from isopropanol wastewater.Various affecting factors including salt selecting,optimum mixing proportion and temperature on salt out and recycle purity were investigated.Results showed that the best dehydration effect can be obtained when mixing proportion of isopropanol wastewater and saturated solution of AB was up to 1:2.5.After salt out process and regular distillation,the recycling purity of isopropanol can reach above 98%.
