| 摘 要： | 可持续发展战略自从被提出以来立即成为了各个学科的焦点,环境法学也不例外,它集中地反映了环境法学的伦理价值取向.当前我国环境立法正进入以填补立法空白和法律制度的完善、创新为基本目标的新阶段.在新的历史时期应以可持续发展战略的思想为指导,完善我国环境立法.

| Abstract: | Sustainable development strategy has become the focus of each subject immediately since it is presented. Science of environmental law, which focuses on the ethics value orientation, is no exception. At present, environmental legislation in our country is in a new stage, which takes filling legislative blank, perfecting legal system and innovation as basic goals. Beginning with the analysis of sustainable development strategy's basic thought and the current situation of environmental legislation in our country, the paper expounds how to instruct our country's environmental legislation with the thought of sustainable development strategy in new historical time. |
