| 摘 要： | 分析了材料厚度对冲裁力大小的影响原因。提出了厚板冲裁力计算应以诺谟图为准进行 ,并给出了新的精确计算的公式 ,同时对影响最大冲裁力的因素如冲裁力与凹模积件的关系 ,与下死点的关系以及与凸模表面粗糙度的关系进行了分析。
