| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the situation and existing problems of safety management of contractors and direct operation in petrochemical enterprises,combined with the characteristics and trends of safety accidents in the industry.From the aspects of safety leadership,professional safety responsibility,safety investment,contractor management,job safety analysis and operation supervision,this paper discussed the supervisory strategies of contractors and direct operation with risk control as the core. |
