微波法加速铝在NaOH溶液中腐蚀的动力学研究

摘    要:通过采用水浴法和微波法测试铝在不同NaOH浓度、不同反应温度下的腐蚀速率进行金属腐蚀动力学研究,重点分析了采用这两种方法得到的时间-失重率变化趋势以及两种方法下铝在碱溶液中的腐蚀发展历程,得出了微波法加速金属腐蚀的动力学方程。

Abstract:The metal corrosion dynamic was studied by using water bath method and microwave method to test the corrosion rate of aluminum in different NaOH concentrations and different reaction temperatures.The variation trend of weight loss rate and the corrosion development process of aluminum in alkaline solution obtained by these two methods were analyzed emphatically.The kinetic equation of accelerating metal corrosion by microwave method was obtained.
