摘    要:油田通过向稠油井注入350℃高温蒸汽开采原油,为避免作业施工过程中发生高温蒸汽溢出烫伤事故,开展热采稠油井高温蒸汽安全控制技术研究。主要研究了井下高温封控装置、井下控制开关装置和井口高温防喷装置等技术。对高温密封材料进行了有限元分析,开展了高温密封材料弹性性能试验,得到了高温密封性能参数;对井下控制开关装置进行了开关可靠性试验,得出了开关压力控制参数。通过室内和现场试验证明,井下高温封控装置耐温达到350℃,井下控制开关装置控制成功率100%,实现了安全封控高温蒸汽的目标,提高了作业施工安全性,避免了高温烫伤事故。

Abstract:The oil field injected 350℃high temperature steam into heavy oil wells to extract crude oil.The safety control technology for high-temperature steam was studied to avoid the accident of high-temperature steam overflow and scalding during operation and construction.This research mainly studied the downhole high-temperature sealing control device,downhole control switch device and wellhead high temperature blowout prevention device.The finite element analysis and the elastic performance test of the high-temperature sealing material were carried out to get the high temperature sealing performance parameters.The reliability test of the downhole control switch device was achieved to obtain the switch pressure control parameters.Indoor and field tests had proven that the success rate of the underground control switch device was100%and the temperature resistance of the control device reached 350℃.The goal of safely sealing and control of high-temperature steam was realized and the safety of operation and construction was improved.
