| 摘 要： | 双重预防机制工作是国家应急管理部近年来积极推进的一项特色安全管理工作。通过研究现在实行的安全管理体系涉及双重预防机制的内容,探讨了双重预防机制在企业运行过程中存在的问题,提出了建议措施,对企业各类安全管理体系的融合建设和安全生产管理水平提升具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The dual prevention mechanismwas a characteristic safety management work actively promoted by the State Emergency Management Department in recent years. Through studying the contents of the existing safety management system involving dual prevention mechanisms,the problems existing in the operation of the dual prevention mechanisms were discussed. The various existing safety management system thoughts were applied to the operation procedures of the dual prevention mechanisms which provides suggestions for the efficient development and promotion of the work and has positive reference significance for the integration of various safety management systems in enterprises and the improvement of safety production management level. |
