| Abstract: | With the quickening pace of work and life,many employees of enterprises are in sub-health condition. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP)plays a specific role in the overall promotion of health actions by providing professional guidance,training and advice. This paper discussed the important role and service orientation of EAP in employee health management,and puts forward the key strategies of EAP in employee management. |
