摘    要:准确地测定外壳的防尘等级对于衡量多尘环境下运行的电气设备的可靠性具有很大的意义。对国内现行IP防护标准防尘规定作了部分解读,探讨了被测设备外壳内部抽真空系统设计应注意的问题,并在标准推荐装置的基础上开发了一套新型抽真空系统,在功能上可以实现远程操控以及无极调节压差与流量等参数,增加了被测设备外壳防尘能力检验的可靠性与可操作性,提高了整个实验的效率。

Abstract:It’s significant to determine the dust-proof level of enclosure for describing the reliability of electrical apparatus under dusty environment. This paper illustrated the dust-proof standard currently in effect and discussed related design problems of vacuum-pumping system. A new vacuum-pumping device was developed which can achieve remote control and change the parameters of pressure and flow. Therefore, the reliability and usability of dust-proof determination are greatly improved.
