生物滴滤塔脱除SO2的填料选择研究

摘    要:利用生物滴滤塔,比较了活性炭、煤矸石、陶粒、沸石和竹炭作为滴滤塔中生物附着载体性能的优劣.结果表明,竹炭对T.ferrooxidans菌液的固定效果最好,固定的生物量最高,其次是活性炭,然后是陶粒和沸石,煤矸石固定的生物量最小;不同填料滤塔对SO2的去除效率明显不同,去除效果从好到差依次为竹炭、活性炭、陶料、煤矸石和沸石,其对SO2的去除效率在运行时间内的平均值分别为93.71%、89.88%、80.08%、74.37%和63.65%.研究表明,竹炭填料系统对脱硫微生物的固定化效果最好,固定的生物量最高,且具有较好的SO2去除能力,是优质的生物滴滤填料.

Abstract:In the paper,we are inclined to present the result of research for the best packaging materials for removing sulfur dioxide. As a matter of fact,it is one of hotspots in flue gas desulfurization field to study how to remove sulfur dioxide by means of biological methods,which prefer to use activated carbon,gangue,ceramic granule,zeolite as well as bamboo charcoal as its packaging materials.
