摘    要:本文综述了油茶饼粕综合开发利用的工艺方法及其优缺点。结果表明,用单一有机溶剂一步浸取同时提取饼粕中的油脂和茶皂素的新方法,具有工艺简单,设备投资少,产品产量高,质量好且稳定等优点。

Abstract:This paper reviewed the methods of comprehensive development and utilization of oil cake as well as their advantages and shortages.It also introduced in detail the new method in which fat and theasaponin can be simuhaneously extracted from the oil cake with a single organic solvent, and gave the results of the test.The results showed that this method is advanced because of the fewer equipment investment,its simplicity in technology,and its high yield and good quantity of the products.
