摘    要:实验通过对熟裂解气相色谱及气-质联用技术测定水体中敌百虫的探讨,研究了气相色谱进样口裂解产物的检测方法,并确定了气相色谱的主要分析条件(进样口280℃,DB-225毛细管色谱柱及FPD检测器)。水样前处理结合环境检测的要求和特点,采用正己烷净化,三氯化碳提取的方式,建立了一套简单、有效及节省成本的前处理方法。检测方法的回收率在85.5%~104.5%之间,精密度小于5.89%,线性相关系数为0.99877,检出限为0.002μg/mL,说明该方法准确可靠,符合测定要求。该方法是按照中国关于水环境检测分析方法要求建立的,适合自然水体及养殖用水环境中敌百虫残留量的检测。
