舰载装备环境适应性协同设计方法研究

摘    要:通过高温、高湿、高盐雾、污损生物多、风浪大等海洋环境因素对舰载装备的环境影响和危害分析,构建了平台环境数据库和寿命期环境剖面。基于该剖面确定了环境适应性要求,生成了设计准则,用于舰载装备数字化设计;对设计产品的高温、高湿、高盐雾主要环境影响进行虚拟环境试验,作为单一模块用于数字化产品协同设计,形成了基于环境适应性要求的实验室阶段产品协同设计方法,可提高舰载装备设计效率和环境适应性设计水平。
