| 摘 要： | KQGIS软件是全国第二次土地调查数据库建设采用的主要软件之一,现以新疆托克逊县为例研究和探讨利用该软件在土地调查、数据库建设中数据（属性）获取和组成及建库流程等相关技术,希望对同类项目的实施具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | KQGIS is one of the main softwares used in the database construction of the second national land survey.Now taking Tuokexun county of Xinjiang as example,correlation technologies on how to investigate landuse,attain and buildup data（attributes） in database instruction,and database building by using the software are discussed,which would be useful for the similar items. |
