尼龙丝织物漂染废水改建工艺研究

摘    要:尼龙线织物废水水质因染料和助染剂的改变而变化,使原处理设施不能正常运行。在充分利用原有设施的基础上,经改进后的物化混凝处理+接触氧化二级处理工艺能将COD从2750mg/L降低至100mg/L左右,去除率在95%左右。

Abstract:The quality of dyeing wasterwater from nylon fabric manufacture varies with dye and dye aid change, and causing the old treatment facilities can not run well. Based on adequate coagulation treatment and biological treatment could reduce COD from 2750 mg/L to about 100mg/L, the removal rate was 95%.
