| Abstract: | Environmental liability insurance is one of the effective methods to resolve the problem of environment pollution compensation from the socializing of liability risk.Based on the foreign countries' experience,the problem and cause of the system implementation was analysed and a framework of environmental liability insurance mode that fit for China was proposed finally. |
