| Abstract: | The author analyses the reasons why the environmental funds and technologies enter into the western areas so slowly and puts forward the corresponding solutions,such as,to broaden the environmental investment channels,to change the ideas and concept of the environment and to reform the economic system of the western areas,etc.,so as to realize the deve loping strategy of "putting the environmental protection at first place"in the development of the western areas. |
