驯化SBR法处理磷钙废水的实验研究

摘    要:采用驯化SBR法来处理明胶生产工序段的磷钙水,研究了该法的可行性及污泥活性抑制后的恢复措施。结果表明:驯化SBR法处理磷钙废水有一定的处理效果,COD去除率最高可达88%,除磷效果明显,24h去除率维持在85%;反应器运行7~8天后,污泥活性受高氯根和碳酸钙的积累而被抑制,经更换部分污泥和添加低浓度废水等措施,可使污泥生物活性得到恢复。

Abstract:domestication SBR were used for treating calcium-phosphorus wastewater from gelatin production process.The feasibility of the method and recovery measures that the activity of sludge was restrained were researched.The results showed that treating calcium-phosphorus wastewater by acclimated SBR had an effect,which could achieve 88% of COD remove rate,and had obvious effects by reason that the removal rate of TP could reach 85% for 24 hour;The bioactivity of sludge could be restored with replacing parts of sludge and adding low concentration of wastewater,because the activity of sludge was restrained by high Cl-and accumulation of CaCO3 in wastewater after 7-8 d operation.
