污泥的热解动力学实验研究

摘    要:利用热重分析法对扬子污水处理厂的污泥进行了热解动力学实验研究。实验结果表明:在20℃/min的升温速率下,热解过程中有3个失重速率较高的阶段,这3个阶段以挥发分的析出为主。通过Coats--Redfern指数积分法,求解了这3个阶段的化学反应动力学参数——频率因子A和活化能E,最后得到污泥的热解动力学方程。

Experimental Study on Pyrolysis Kinetics of Sludge
Abstract:In this paper,the pyrolysis characteristics of sludge from Yangzi waste water treatment plant was studied with thermalgravity analyzer(TGA).The experimental results show that there are three stages of losing weight rate under the rising temperature rates of 20℃/min.These three stages are due to release of the volatiles.According to Coats-Redfern exponential integral,the parameters(frequency factor A and activation energy E) of pyrolytic kinetics of sludge during the 3 stages were calculated to obtain the equation of pyrolytic kinetics of sludge.
