| Abstract: | Sewage treatment plants produce a great amount of sludge. Utilization sludge as fertilizer will be a good perspective. But there are certain limitations such as presence of heavy metals and pathogenic organisms in sludge. This paper summarized the resent knowledge on heavy metal and pathogenic organisms in sludge. |
