FOURTEEN FOUR PROBLEMS FACING TO THE TOURISM OF TIBET

Fourteen four problems involving Tibetan tourism are discussed. They are the allowance ofEntrance of foreign tourists, the communication and transportation between Tibet and otherChinese provinces (I. Aviation), Tibet and other Chinese provinces (II. highway and others), the communication and transportation within Tibet (accessing to scenic spots), rights of managing tourist resources, the plan and design of tourist sites, the building-up of tourist sites,the construction of townships, alternative tourism, industries of tourist goods, tourists' behaviors,the investment of tourism (I. from foreigners), the investment of tourism (II. from Chinese),the intellectual support of tourism.
