微波解吸技术及其应用

摘    要:通过实验数据对活性炭的升温行为进行了定量描述并对微波解吸动力学模式进行了分析。结果表明,活性炭升温行为可分为2个阶段进行描述,微波解吸再生载乙醇活性炭的速度很快,1 min即可达到80%以上的脱附率,一般3~4 min后脱附率达90%以上,整个解吸过程所用的时间不到6 min.

Abstract:The paper quantitatively describes the behavior of heating-up and analyses kinetics of microwave des-orption for activated carbon. The experiment shows that the behavior of heating-up is described by two stages, the time of desorption is short and desorption efficiency is 80% within one minute, is 90% within 3 - 4 min, and whole des-orption is achieved within 6 min. The method of desorption of alcohol loaded activated carbon by microwave radiation has an extensive application prospect.
