硫化染料回收再利用的试验研究

摘    要:印染废水具有硫化物含量高、色度深、碱性大、成分复杂等特点,为难处理的工业废水。试验从回收印染废水中的有用物质硫化染料的角度出发,通过混凝沉定法使染料与水分离达到回收再利用的目的。结果表明,浓硫酸的用量为1mL/L,其回收率达到91.3%,回收后的染料染色率达98.2%。回收后的废水经进行一步处理达到国家排放标准。

Abstract:Printing and dyeing wastewater as one of industrial wastewater is hard to treat due to high content of sulphide, deep chromes, high pH value and complicated component. Based on recycling of sulphur dyestuff from printing and dyeing wastewater, coagulation sedimentation was used to separate sulphur dyestuff from water. Results showed that the recycling rate of sulphur dyestuff and dye coloration rate reached 91.3% and 98.2% respectively with the dosage of 98% H2SO4 of 1ml/L, and the effluent quality can meet national standard after further treatment.
