摘    要:从85个随机引物中选10个随机引物对8个香樟样品的DNA进行了扩增,应用RAPD技术区别6个优选株和2个普通株,共获得78个DNA片断,把这些DNA片断作为遗传位点用UPCMA法计算出各材料间的遗传相似性系数,并作了聚类分析.在D=0.738处8个样品分为两大类,而且普通株同优选株的亲缘关系很近.图2表2参9

Abstract:Eight DNA samples, of which 2 normal and 6 excellent series, were amplified for random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) analysis with 10 random primers, and 78 polymorphic bands were obtained. The genetic similarity coefficient and dendrogram relationship were calculated by UPGMA cluster analysis. when D was 0.738, eight DNA samples were classified into two types, excellent and Normal types, which have closely genetic relationship.
