Idea for Establishing the Provincial Assessment Center of Risk Sources and Hidden Dangers

In view of the situation of nationwide frequent occurrence of severe and especially big accidents, author suggests to establish a mechanism for strictly preventing the accident in the whole society, emphatically to establish the provincial assessment center of risk sources and hidden dangers. It is the main link in this mechanism. Its objectives, significance, responsibility and main duty as well as its infrastructure are presented.
