量子点环境暴露与细胞毒性效应研究进展

量子点作为一种新型的荧光标记物近年来已在生物学中得到广泛应用.同时,量子点材料的大规模生产和应用对人体健康与生态环境可能产生的不利影响也引起了人们的普遍关注.论文概括了量子点的暴露途径,综述了机体对量子点的吸收、量子点在生物体内的转移、积累和清除的作用方式,重点阐述了不同类型量子点细胞毒性等方面的研究进展,最后,在目前研究的基础上对量子点生物安全性研究的发展方向进行了展望.

Research Progress of Quantum Dots in Environmental Exposure and Cytotoxic Effects

Quantum dots(QDs)are being widely used in biomedical imaging as novel fluorescent markers.With the increase of application of these materials in society,the question of their long-term effects on human health and environment is becoming critical.In this paper,their routes of exposure are briefly introduced.Absorption,distribution,accumulation and excretion of QDs in organs and tissues are reviewed and discussed.Emphasis is put on the possible cytotoxicity of various QDs.Finally,the future research direction of biological safety of QDs is also prospected based on the current knowledge.
