| 摘 要： | 对风灾频繁的城市而言 ,有计划地确立合理的减灾对策是城市必须面对的课题。本文在简要分析城市风灾减灾研究现状的基础上 ,通过汕头市抗击“尤特”台风的实例 ,提出了跨入新世纪时汕头市在确立风灾的减灾对策中的思路。

| Abstract: | As far as cities with frequent wind disasters, they must be faced with establishing reasonable mitigating strategy in a planned way. Based on briefly analyzing the present research situation on wind disasters in cities and illustrating an example of resisting typhoon Utor in Shantou City, the thinking about establishing wind disaster mitigating strategy in Shantou City in stepping into a new century is presented. |
