基于博弈论组合赋权的水工隧洞TBM施工地质适宜性评价模型

摘    要:为解决水工隧洞TBM施工中的地质适宜性问题,参考国内外水工隧洞TBM施工的相关实践经验,结合《工程岩体分级标准》(GB/T 50218-2014)中对围岩分类的方法,并考虑到TBM设备的运行状态,选取岩石单轴抗压强度等10个因素作为评价指标,建立水工隧洞TBM施工地质适宜性评价指标体系;评价指标的主观权重选择层次分析法确定,评价指标的客观权重选择熵权法确定,通过博弈论组合赋权法确定评价指标的综合权重;采用模糊综合评价方法,建立基于博弈论组合赋权的水工隧洞TBM施工地质适宜性多因素评价模型,并选择岭形函数确定各评价指标的模糊关系,研究各评价指标在不同的取值范围内水工隧洞TBM掘进的地质适宜性情况;将模型应用于新疆某个供水工程中,并将模型评价结果与施工现场实测数据进行了对比,结果表明:建立的水工隧洞TBM施工地质适宜性评价模型在实际工程中的应用效果较好,得到的评价结果与施工现场的实测数据相符合,从而验证了该模型的实用性和可靠性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of geological suitability in the TBM construction in hydraulic tunnels,by taking relevant domestic and international experience on TBM construction as the reference,by combining the classification method of surrounding rock in Standard For Engineering Classification of Rock Mass(GB/T 50218-2014),and taking into account the operational status of TBM equipment,this paper selects ten factors such as uniaxial compressive strength as the evaluation indexes,and establishes an evaluation index system of the geological suitability of the TBM construction in hydraulic tunnels.The paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the subjective weight of the evaluation indexes,and uses the entropy weight method to determine the objective weight,and determines the comprehensive weight through the game theory combination weighting method.Further,the paper adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish a multi-factor evaluation model of the geological suitability of the TBM construction in hydraulic tunnels based on combination weight of the game theory,and chooses ridge shape function to determine the fuzzy relationship of each index,and study the geological suitability of TBM excavation in hydraulic tunnels in different value ranges of each evaluation index.Finally,the paper applies the model to a certain water supply project in Xinjiang and compares the modeled data with the measured data on the construction site.The results show that the geological suitability evaluation model for TBM construction has a good effect in engineering practice,and the obtained analysis results are also consistent with the measured data on the construction site,which verifies the practicability and reliability of the model.
