| 摘 要： | 就户外热环境质量评价问题进行了讨论。指出安全性要求是户外热环境设计或评价的基本原则；提出户外热环境质量热指标应将环境物理变量与个人变量分开而仅描述户外环境炎热程度的观点；推荐湿黑球温度WBGT作为综合热指标，并给出了可直接从普通环境参数预测WBGT的关联式。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the evaluation of outdoor thermal environment.It is pointed outthat the fundamental principle of outdoor thermal environment design is safety,the practical indexshould describe the hot level which depends on the environmental physical index,and Wet-BulbeTemperature(WBGT)index is considered as an integrated index for outdoor thermal environment.Acorrelation is presented for predicting the WBGT while the environmental parameters are specified. |
