| Abstract: | Ecological environmental assessment system is one of the sub-systems of PDS SEMIS. The sub-system includes two functional modules: assessment module of land development degree and assessment module of ecological preferentional degree. This paper introduces the principles of these two functional modules and the significance of this system in environmental planning. |
