| 摘 要： | 本文结合某建设项目的环境影响评价工作，开展海域突发性溢油的环境风险评价。通过风险概率计算，突发性溢油影响范围预测分析，提出舟山海域突发性溢油的应急对策。

| Abstract: | According to the environmental impact assessment of a contruction project,the assessment of the environmental risk of the oil spilled at the sea was made.The countermeasures have been propoesd for the emergent oil spills in the sea area of Zhoushan.The risk probability of the oil spill and the oil spill area were predicted. |
