摘    要:直接作业环节是企业安全培训工作的重点之一,受培训时间、场地、成本等条件限制,很多企业的直接作业环节安全培训能力和手段严重不足。结合体验式安全培训理念,研发了一套基于车载平台的体验式直接作业环节安全培训装置,能够在企业指定的时间和地点,实施系统的、体验式的受限空间作业、高处作业安全培训,目的是提高安全培训绩效,降低培训成本和对场地的要求。阐述了该装置的设计原理及构造,并对本装置的培训应用方案进行了分析。通过与国际上同类型安全培训装置对比,该装置采用半挂车厢式结构,具有良好的环境适应性和稳定性,具备单独或综合实施受限空间作业和高处作业安全培训能力,能够很好的满足企业培训需求。

Abstract:Direct link operation is a highlight domain in safety training. Restricted by training time, sites and costs, the safety training of direct link operation in many enterprises is seriously deficient, and there are strong demands of various training devices. In allusion to these demands, and based on experiential safety training method, a set of mobile unit for experiential safety training was invented and built. The mobile unit provides an experiential safety training ability on work at high and confined space at anytime and anywhere the enterprise needed. While increasing the training performance, training costs would be saved. The design principle and structure were explained, and based on this unit, the training scheme was analyzed. Comparing with congener safety training units abroad, this unit adopted a commonly used structure as semi trailer van vehicle, which showed wonderful adaptability and stability in any work environment. The unit offered synthetic safety training ability for direct link operation, which greatly met enterprise training needs.
