煤巷掘进工作面煤层注水防尘的试验研究

摘    要:在公司某煤矿一综掘工作面进行现场实验,设计了若干深10m直径42mm注水钻孔,注水压力26-32MPa,时间为15h;而后取芯进行湿润效果检验,注水后降尘效果检验和沿程粉尘浓度、综合降尘效果分析,结果表明:掘进进尺24 m处各个测尘点粉尘浓度都是最低;全尘的降尘率比呼吸性粉尘总体高些;注水后全尘浓度比注水前下降快

Abstract:A field experiment was conducted at the working surface of synthesis mechanization tunneling in a coal mine. Some injection drillings with 10m depth and 42mm diameter were designed, the injection pressure was 26MPa - 32MPa and the time was 15h. Then the cores were taken from the coal to carry on the moist validity check, the falling dust validity check, and dust loading along the way and synthesis falling dust effect analysis after the irrigation. The results showed that each measuring dust point is the lowest dust concentration in the places where the the tunneling footage are 24 m; the falling dust rate of entire dust is overall high compared with that of breath dust; After injection, the concentration of entire dust fall faster than that before injection.
