在我国经济融入国际一体化的进程中,每个企业应以先进的科学管理标准为依据,面对日趋复杂和激烈的国际竞争形势,有效地规避企业风险。文章以风险控制为原则,阐述了企业质量、职业健康安全及环境管理体系的建立、实施与改进原则,对财务风险内控体系的策划与建立进行了分析,提出多个标准体系应有机结合、最终有效地减小企业风险的管理模式。

Development of Management System for Effectively Reducing Enterprise Risk

There are some risks in every part of production management to any enterprises in the procedure of China national economy involved into the international integral economy. Those enterprises are all facing the complex and fierce international competition. According to the advanced scientific management standards, effectively avoiding risks of enterprises becomes the focus to every enterprise. The development, implement and improvement principles of the quality-health-safety system and environmental control management system are discussed. The necessary and operating possibility to establish control system for avoiding risks of diversified enterprises are analyzed. A new management system by combining several standard systems is presented.
