区域集镇基准地价体系建立研究

摘    要:以江苏六合县为例,对区域集镇基准地价体系建立方法进行了探讨。研究结果表明,先对集镇土地进行分等,然后以分等结果为控制对级差收益和市场交易地价进行对比和综合,是建立区域集镇基准地价体系的有效途径

Abstract:The methodology for the foundation of regional towns' land standard p rice system to identify was discussed in this paper by taking Liuhe county of J iangsu Province as a case study. The result shows that it is an effective way to identify regional towns' land standard price system by means of classifying the towns' land first, and then comparing and synthesizing the land price estimate d by land deferential profit and market exchange according to towns' land classi fication.
