| Abstract: | In this paper, an environmental input-output model was introduced to the regional solid waste managementsectors. This model can reflect the direct and indirect relations between regional solid waste generation and the regionaleconomy development. The results indicate that much useful information may be gained from the solution of the input-output model. The model therefore provides a useful tool for the sustainable development planning in the solid wastemanagement service sectors. |
