| 摘 要： | 对国家环境保护局发布的《关于进一步加强环境监测工作的决定》中污染纠纷“仲裁”的提法予以质疑，并对目前我国环境污染纠纷的处理途径进行分析和探讨，认为污染纠纷“仲裁”一词，不是法律概念，属不规范用语，不应当在行政规章中使用，应予修改。

| Abstract: | It was queried about the wording of arbitrating environmental pollution dispute in The Dicison About Strengthening Environmental Monitoring issued by the National Environment Protection Bureau. Also, the procedure of environmental pollution dispute in our country was analysed and discussed. Because of not being a legal concept , the word of arbitrating environmental pollution dispute was not normal wording, shouldn't be used in administrating regulation, need be amended. |
