| Abstract: | Explosion hazard is a fuzzy conception in itself and is influenced by many factors, some of which are indeterminate. Better results can be obtained if fuzzy decision making and ranking are used in explosion hazard analysis and evaluation. Fuzzy fault tree analysis (FTA) is also an useful tool in this field, especially for those complicated systems, in which the state of input and output events is various and fuzzy. These two methods are described in this paper. |
