氨和脉冲电晕脱硫脱硝的试验研究

摘    要:利用氨对SO2的中和反应和纳秒高压脉冲电晕产生的活化自由基对SO2和NO的氧化作用脱除燃煤锅炉排放烟气中的SO2和NO。试验结果表明:氨脱硫效率很高,但对NO不产生作用;氨和脉冲电晕共同作用于烟气中的SO2具有理想的脱硫效果。

Abstract:Experiments about removal of SO_2 and NO from flue gas by neutralization of SO_2 withNH_3 and oxidation of SO_2 and NO with active radicals produced by pulse corona discharge are in-troduced in this paper. The results show that NH_3 has a good desulphurization effect;when NH_3and pulse corona discharge act together to SO_2 and the concentration of NH_3 is 1-2 times of SO_2there is a best effect.The ideal value of the concentration of NH_3 is two times of SO_2; NH_3 hasno effect for removal of NO. Raising moisture of the flue gas does not increase the desulphuriza-tion emciency.
