基于第三方的项目HSE管理模式探讨与实践

Discussion and practice of HSE management mode based on the third party

The HSE management mode on engineering construction was discussed.Firstly,the traditional HSE management mode on engineering construction was introduced and was discussed the traits and meanings of all sorts of HSE management mode were analyzed.Secondly,the important meaning of bringing the third party to HSE management was illustrated,which focused on the definition of HSE management,organizational structure,attributes and so on.Moreover,some practical suggestions on HSE management based on the third party were put forward according to many projects concerned.
