| Abstract: | Identification method of fluoride permit value of total quantity control is summarized in the implernentation demonstration of air pollutant emission permit system,mainly including the identifica tion of source intensity,screening and validation of air distribution patterns,decision and implementation standards of total quantity control area,selection of control points,calculation of contribution-rates of pollution sources and reduction amount and optimal distribution of permit value. |
