摘    要:水夹点技术可以有效地节约工业新鲜水用量,同时减少废水排放量。尽管水夹点技术在理论上已经比较成熟,国内外在石化、化工等行业应用的报道较多,但在冶金行业鲜有报道。介绍了水夹点技术的原理,提出了将其应用于冶金行业工程实践的实施步骤,并以首钢某公司节水改造为例,给出了用水网络优化方案。实施结果表明节水效果良好。

Abstract:Water pinch technology is an effieient tool in the clean production. Application of water pinch technology can effectively save the fresh water in industry, and remarkably reduce the discharge of wastewater. Though water pinch technology is relatively mature in theory, and many enterprises such as petrochemical enterprises and paper - making enterprises have applied successfully in practical operation, but report in metallurgical field is rare in the world. This paper introduced the principles of water pinch revamping project for technology, raised the procdures of applying it in Shougang. At last, taking a water saving in a company of Shougang as example, this paper put forwards the scheme on optimization of water supply net. Application result showed that the effect of saving water was fairly good.
