| 摘 要： | 作为一种生产要素，信息及其相关产业在国民经济中的地位越来越重要，信息产业的形成是在传统经济增长观主导下的社会分工细化的结果，它对自然资源与环境具有正、负两方面的影响，为实现人与自然的和谐，可持结发展要求调整信息硬件业、软件业一内容业的发展方向。

Its formation is the result of specialization of social work and have both positive and negative effects on natural resources and environment. To realize the harmony between man and nature, sustainable development requires adjusting the direction of development in information hardware industry, software industry and content industry. |
