| 摘 要： | 从大蒜及蒜渣的主要成分出发 ,对二者有用成分进行比较 ,论述了大蒜的开发利用及蒜渣综合利用的意义。通过将蒜渣分离 ,烘干等一系列处理后 ,根据其所含成分不同 ,分别应用到医药、保健、饮料、果脯、饲料、肥料等方面。蒜渣的利用 ,消除了环境污染 ,提高了大蒜厂的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | Garlic and garlic residues were studied based on understanding and comparison of the useful components of both garlic and the residues.After undergoing a series of process of separation,drying in oven and pulverization,garlic residues can be recovered as a raw material used in manufacturing of medicines,heath food,beverage,preserved fruits,fodder and fertilizer etc.Each of the uses is determined based on the effective ingredients needed. |
