摘    要:针对柴油机微粒捕集器中灰烬颗粒的沉积特征,设计了一种非对称孔道微粒捕集器,基于非对称孔道微粒捕集器对微粒捕集器再生模型进行修正,分析了非对称孔道对微粒捕集器再生特性的影响。研究结果表明,增大过滤体进出口截面比能减少微粒捕集器的压力损失,降低碳烟再生时过滤壁面的最大温度,且非对称孔道能减少灰烬沉积对再生时壁面最大温度的影响,因此根据过滤体壁面厚度适当增大进出口孔道截面比可以有效提升过滤体的碳烟承载量,延长微粒捕集器的车载使用寿命。

Abstract:According to the deposition characteristics of ash particles within diesel particulate filter a variable cross-section channel was designed in this study and the effects of the variable cross-section channel on the regeneration of diesel particulate filter were investigated by using thermal regeneration model which was modified based on the variable cross-section channel. The results show that an increasing in the rate between inlet channel and outlet channel causes a decreasing in the pressure drop and the maximum wall temperature during diesel particulate filter regeneration, and then diminishes the influence of deposition ash on the maximum wall temperature. Therefore, the ash carrying capacity of filter can be effectively improved though properly increasing the rate between inlet channel and outlet channel according to the wall thickness, and then the service life of diesel particulate filter can be extended.
