摘    要:实验将溶胶凝胶法和高分子辅助倒相法结合,制备出一种新型的壳聚糖/聚乙二醇/亚铁氰化钾钛(CS/PEG/PFT)复合膜,通过FT-IR和SEM对膜进行表征后,将其用于模拟铜废水的吸附和脱附实验,并探究出膜吸附的最佳工艺条件为:pH 5.50、实验温度55℃、实验时间2 h,该条件下,膜对铜离子最大吸附量为9.85 mg/g,去除率达到95%以上。CS/PEG/PFT膜的除铜过程符合Langmuir等温吸附方程(y=0.0597x+0.0168),线性相关度达到0.9917。

Abstract:A novel highly-efficiency chitosan polyethylene glycol potassium ferrocyanide titanium (CS/PEG/PFT) membrane was synthesized by the combination of sol-gel and polymer assisted phase inversion. Characterized by the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), the membrane was subject to a simulation test of adsorption and desorption in copper water. The optimum process conditions were obtained by a series of experiments as follows:pH value of 5.50, reaction temperature of 55℃ and reaction time of 2 hours. Under these conditions, the maximum adsorbing capacity of cupric ion reached 9.85 mg/g,and the removal efficiencies exceeded 95%. The copper removing process of CS/PEG/PFT membrane accorded with Langmuir equation (y=0.0597x+0.0168) with a liner relevancy of 0.9917.
