摘    要:随着航空航天产品技术和可靠性要求的提高,作为关键试验项目的振动试验条件愈来愈复杂,“振动失控”逐渐增多。本文从控制方式、控制点的选择和振动试验夹具的制造、安装等诸多方面进行分析,说明避免“失控”的方法。最后,文中给出实例,说明本文所提出方法的有效性。

Abstract:With the electronic technology developed and reliability improved in aeronautic product, vibration testing as the most important item in reliability test is becoming more and more complex. At the same time, the phenomenon increases that the output of controller goes beyond controlling ran ge so that destroy the specimen. In this paper, some ski lls such as bow to set the parameters of force controller, where to place the sensor, which material to be chosen and which skills to be used while making jigs were introduced to avoid the just matter. At last, some examples were given to prove the validity of the method proposed.
